Lady Mariéme Jamme is joined by Dr Olamide Brown, née Orekunrin.

She is a British-Nigerian medical doctor, healthcare entrepreneur, founder of the Flying Doctors Healthcare Investment Company and Director of Greentree Investment Company. Both Young Global Leaders met a few years ago at the World Economic Forum, where she shared her expertise on improving the African health system.

Ola was motivated to found Flying Doctors after experiencing the loss of her sister under difficult circumstances and wanted to make a difference to improve medical services in Nigeria. She successfully established Flying Doctors in Lagos, Nigeria, in 2007. They discussed the power of health, what motivated her to start her company and why empowering women leaders is at the top of her agenda.
