Lady Mariéme talks with Wadia Ait Hamza, Head of the World Economic Forum Shaper community, about how proud and privileged he is to lead a community of young people who are shaping the world. Wadia tells Lady Mariéme that “no one should be ashamed of their privilege but should be ashamed if they do not use that privilege for a collective purpose,” he also revealed how his father inspired him to be humble, collaborative, have integrity, and focused on changing the world. Wadia is committed to giving young people safe spaces, platforms, and opportunities to express themselves and be seen.
