The Power of Elevation through healing

In this first part of the Final Episodes of Season 4, Lady Mariéme spoke to American Actress, Singer, Dancer, and Activist Alyson Stoner.

She said: “It has been truly amazing to invite all these extraordinary people to come and share their life journeys with the girls and me.

We have invited Alyson, an American actress, singer, dancer, and activist, to help us close this season. Lady Mariéme and Alyson met in a very unusual place – Antarctica – the fifth largest of the seven continents.

It is situated over the South Pole, almost entirely south of latitude 66°30′ south (the Antarctic Circle). They were part of 100 founding members of the Future Talk expedition who were invited to a four-day expedition designed to pay extreme attention to details. No technology or mobile phones were allowed.

Lady Mariéme commented thus; It was the trip of a lifetime. I never thought that I would make it to Antarctica. At one stage of our journey on the boat, Alyson stood up and gave a speech that touched my heart. It was vulnerable, powerful, and full of love. She has grown so much, and I wanted to invite her to close this season. She is wise, beautiful, and does excellent work by opening her heart through play, the arts, and gratitude.”

Both discussed the power of elevating humanity and healing from our past by listening to our bodies through movement.

Alyson has started her new venture, a radically inclusive platform using movement to improve Mental & Emotional health.
