In this Global Handwash Day 2020, Lady Marieme Jamme spoke to
Dr. Myriam Sidibe. She is one of the world’s only people with a doctorate in public health focused on handwashing with soap.
She is one of the driving forces behind the creation of Global Handwashing Day, which recognises the need to raise awareness of handwashing with soap as a simple but lifesaving habit that can prevent disease.
Myriam worked at Unilever and wrote Her book “Brands on a Mission” which was released in May 2020. She is also a Senior Fellow at Harvard Kennedy School.
